After extensive evaluation, we have determined that the quality and performance of Cloudflare Magic Transit do not meet the standards we have set for our LAX.sPro products.

As a company that always prioritizes customer experience, DMIT has decided to discontinue products that fall short of expectations. After careful consideration, we have made the following decisions:

Service Termination Timeline

The LAX.sPro product line will be officially discontinued on December 31, 2025.

Until then, your service will continue to run normally, and we will ensure stable operation.

As our contract with Cloudflare ends earlier, from the contract termination date until December 31, 2025, services will be redirected to GSL (AS401588) to continue operation until final shutdown.

Next Steps

Refund Requests (Starting November 1, 2025)

Customers may submit a support ticket to request refunds.

Refunds will be calculated based on the remaining value of the service.

Refunds can be issued either to your DMIT account or to the original payment gateway.

Due to gateway restrictions, payments made more than 6 months prior can only be refunded to your DMIT account.

All transaction fees will be covered by DMIT.

Service Suspension (December 31, 2025)

Services will be suspended on December 31, 2025.

You will have until January 15, 2026 to request unsuspension in order to retrieve your data.

⚠️ Please ensure that you retrieve your data before January 15, 2026, to avoid data loss.

Final Termination & Refunds (January 16, 2026)

On January 16, 2026, services will be permanently terminated.

Refunds will be calculated based on the remaining value as of January 1, 2026 (suspension time is not included).

Refunds will be credited to your DMIT account by default.

If you prefer a refund to the payment gateway, a manual request via support ticket is required.

For services expiring between December 31, 2025, and January 16, 2026, the expiration date will be extended until January 16, 2026.

Special Offers (November 1, 2025 – April 30, 2026)

Customers with an active LAX.sPro service (expiring after November 1, 2025) may request the following compensations:

Discounts on Regular Products (applied to new purchases only):

Pro Series: 20% recurring discount

EB Series: 25% recurring discount

T1 Series: 30% recurring discount (excluding WEE)

Discounts apply to any billing cycle.

Not valid on renewals or special products.

Cannot be combined with other promotions.

Exclusive LAX Special Product Orders (annual billing only):

Each eligible LAX.sPro service allows you to request two new services from the following list:

最终终止与结算(2026年1月16日)

  • 服务将永久终止

  • 以2026年1月1日为节点计算剩余价值(暂停期不计入)

  • 退款默认退回DMIT账户

  • 需退回支付渠道的需另行提交工单

  • 有效期在2025.12.31-2026.1.16期间的服务将统一延至2026.1.16到期
